Frontiers in Exercise Physiology: Summer School at Hungarian University of Sports Science

You can learn about many significant scientific topics from leading experts around the globe in the Hungarian University of Sports Science’s summer camp to be held between 21 and 26 June, 2025.


The Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), which is celebrating the 100th anniversary of its foundation this year, is organising an exciting summer camp on its campus from 21 to 26 June, 2025.

Main topics include Exercise and epigenetics, Skeletal Muscle Aging, Mitochondrial morphology, Mitochondrial life cycle, Limits of VO2 max and Exercise-induced oxidative stress.

These topics will be interpreted by renowned lecturers such as Professor Scott Powers, who is acknowledged for his extensive research in exercise physiology, Professor Li Li Ji, a leading expert in muscle physiology, Professor David Hood, who works at York University, UK and Director of the Muscle Health Research Centre and Professor Zsolt Radak, Vice-Rector of Science and Innovation, a leading expert on oxidative stress, hormesis, DNA-methylation-associated aging.
